Now you can turn your Note 3 into a true Audiophile powerhouse!!!

I'm a fan of FiiO's products as well, but I'd like to give some perspective to folks not familiar with what value external amps or converters provide. Since this is a GN3 discussion board, the internal DAC in the 3 is outstanding. I've shelved my FiiO E17 / QOGIR-E09K solution when using low impedance earphones (Shure SE535 currently). If I'm pushing higher impedance cans (I like the Sennheiser HD650), than an external amp alone is recommended and sufficient. I'm fully behind using the E18 or similar solution for laptops or handsets with a less desirable internal DAC. With that said, the E18 looks very nice and the value is certainly there. I admit I'm tempted to get it just to give it a listen. Personally I'm saving for the Woo Audio WA7 as desktop DAC/Amp.

I also believe that when I'm not using lossless formats, that the benefits of this better sound equipment is questionable/limited.

...how much commission are you on? ;-)

Have you seen my review list? http://androidforums.com/samsung-galaxy-note-2/708384-twister-reviews-accessories-gadgets.html - growing exponentially! I search different products and contact vendors directly asking if they are interested in my reviews ;) That is why I'm so excited about every product in my writeup because I do my homework before posting about it :D

My commission? Everything in that review list been sent to me for keeps, so I'm not complaining. But its a LOT of work to review, to take and sort through pictures, upload and format everything, and then write a comprehensive detailed review rather then a dry bullet list with key specs ;) Plus, I always stick with my reviews answering questions, running additional tests, providing "support".

It's a lot of work, but at the same time very rewarding to test new products and to share it with you guys (I mirror my reviews in AF and XDA).

I will reply to your post in Accessories section where you posted the same reply after my E18 review ;)
