Yeah, pumpkin is always everywhere this time of year. But, the way I look at it is, enjoy it seasonally, overdose if you need! The main reason I really only eat tomatoes during the summer, asparagus in April and apples in the fall.
Pumpkin is super versatile though.

*HUGS* For all those out of work. As for turkey, wouldn't be Thanksgiving without it. My mother in law cooked pork for thanksgiving once. i made a turkey a few days later (as soon as it defrosted) because i just missed it! turns out my father in law didn't like turkey. hahaha.

I'm working towards it. 2012 wasn't a great year for me, landed in the hospital, lost my right foot, getting used to using a prosthetic. It wasn't exactly a banner year. I'm sure grateful I opted to pay for long term disability insurance in my benefits though. I'll recover.
