I also downloaded and Installed 4.3 this morning I hope the modem changed because I've experiencing weak signal signal issues and dropped calls and are close to requesting a replacement.

Some really great little changes:
1. The wifi notification is no longer in the ongoing area. Still comes back but it can be cleared. The best thing about this is that when a higher priority notification comes through (like a new email), it goes to the top. Update: It looks like you can turn off wifi notifications in the advanced settings--we'll see.
2. The stock keyboard auto-corrects when tapping the spacebar now instead of having to tap the correct word. Spell check is also there for previously typed words.
3. Blocking mode officially added and it's not listed in the "ongoing" notification area anymore even though the icon is still there.
4. If you change the system settings to list view it stays that way and doesn't review back to the tabs.
5. Wifi Toggle

That's all I see so far.

I think another change is the icon for Watchon in the notification area is now black and white.

Isn't this update supposed to add Bluetooth Low Energy? Is there a way to tell?

Why would they have just downloaded a change to 4.2 within the last two weeks? That seems crazy.

The 4.2 minor upgrade more than likely contained some sort of update that was necessary for the 4.3 upgrade. If I remember correctly, there was a similar situation on the OG Droid just prior to the Froyo update.

Any word on Sprint yet?

According to the document leak, it should be tomorrow.

Both my wife and I updated our Samsung Galaxy S4s today and both are having issues with the wifi staying connected. We NEVER had this issue prior to the update. Still searching for a fix. May have to call Verizon or Samsung on this one.

got the update last night. overall, about the same really, several things different. no increase in speed though. anyone else notice changes?

It would help if you said what you've done so far, but one thing I would start with is totally wiping out your existing connection and start from scratch.

There's a thread here on changes:

There are only a few. Knox is probably the biggest negative.

I noticed something GREAT that 4.3 added. I use the automation app "Tasker" and 4.3 now allows Tasker to turn on (and off) my GPS for me automatically. I don't have to manually turn it on and off getting in and out of the car which was a pain in the butt.

Greetings everyone, I have a verizon s4 and i just updated via the OTA update and now foxfi or any tethering app no longer works. i can no longer use tethering. anyone know any info on this? thanks

My wife just tethered her phone this weekend using the built in tethering--wireless hotspot. Not a separate app.
