The Tablet Tavern

I think I've decided on the hp 14 for me. The 4gb ram version is finally being sold on amazon :) I'm almost tempted by the 11 if not for the lower performance.

Good luck on your decision there. I don't have a chromebook and really have no need for one. With my Laptop, Phone, and Tablet I've pretty much have everything I need for everything I care about.

Never had a need for one of them either. I'm a power user. Full blown Linux for me no cut down version of someones Idea of what an OS should be.

Hush now :) Wynd made up her mind.
Don't you guys dare bringing her back in doubt

Well I mostly surf the web and do a bit of writing. I'm just getting tired of windows. I want something uncomplicated.

That makes me think of the early multiple line BBS systems. Where they would all get into this contest, in the chat area, of who had the best setup. To shut them up, I would sometimes wonder down to the university and get online with them from one of the Sun workstations and give them the specs for it. LOL

I'll bet the specs of your current phone make those old Sun workstations look like a TI calculator. ;)

My TI calculator rocked! That thing came with a book...

The Sun did have a better display size than my phone and came with the goodies of a full keyboard and a well air conditioned room.. heheheh

Even had a watch with a calculator :eek:

Yeah, I had that too.
