Root Error flashing KitKat ROM

I'm trying to flash the new version of Android KitKat onto my Nexus. I am running into an error trying to flash it over. I am using TWRP 2.6.3.1 and the pa_aosp_grouper.zip from Paranoid Android. Here is the screen:

Updating partition details...

Skipping MD5 check: no MD5 file found.
Verifying zip signature...
Can't install this package (Thu Oct 31 21:59:21 EDT 2013) over newer build (Tue
E:Error executing updater binary in zip '/usb-otg/pa-aosp-grouper.zip'
Error flashing zip '/usb-otg/pa_aosp_grouper.zip'

Am I doing something wrong or is it just a bad ROM?

EDIT: I forgot to mention that I did a "Factory Reset" in TWRP before I flashed (I made a backup too). The reset supposedly wipes the Data, Cache, and Dalvik but not the Internal Storage.

I flashed the pa-aosp version of 4.4 with no problems. Had to use CM touch recovery. Wipe data, flash ROM and Gapps. Works fine. no issues to report other than some missing functions but it is an alpha after all.

OK thanks. I'll try with CWM Touch. I used to use it, but then I tried out TWRP and liked it a lot more...we'll see if KitKat works back to CWM...

Yay CWM made it work! However, I noticed a few things off the bat:

-The Cloud Print feature doesn't work
-The OK Google from the Home screen doesn't work
-The Google Now on the Home screen doesn't work

Will these be present in the actual release or are they just alpha bugs?

It is my understanding that they are alpha bugs.

Here is the Google now launcher, it will give you the Google now home screen with OK Google on the home screen. I have tested it and it is working.

You can view some detailed instructions and get help over on the XDA-Developers forum for the topic, but the basic premise is simple: Download this ZIP file (mirror), unzip it, place the three APK files on your device, and install them. When you press the home button, it should prompt you to select
