There's some misconceptions of the Pilgrims, but the majority of it is accurate

I wish I could deactivate my fb account but it's what everyone here is using. So I keep it to keep in touch with friends.
 
If it makes you feel any better, I have the friends and several relatives who ignore my Facebook.

But then, I rarely post anything...

I refuse to use Google+ until they allow me to use my screen name.

I'm a little funny that way: I have been Dngrsone on the internet for 17 years. If Google can't figure out that some of us have lives separate from our IRL identities, then they don't need our patronage.

G+ has allowed that for a while now.;)

I was in on the G+ beta and went through that nonsense.

Now I have two accounts, one for personal, one to help with announcements at -

I have 3 Gmail accounts on my phone, personal, and mod and admin accounts.

I still use personal for my Play Store apps and such.

I use my mod and personal accounts with the G+ app.

Nothing gets tangled.

There are fakes. But there are also real ways to tell; just like Twitter, you can see if they're verified, kinda like Marques Brownlee.
