How are you the only one that had overnight shipping on the 26th. Everyone else has 2 day shipping..

Maybe you ordered accessories?
 
Finally, got a shipment notification! Scheduled for delivery on 29th by 4:30 PM. You win some, you lose some; seems like several who ordered much later are getting theirs today. Congrats to the lucky ones!
 
A little minor bump in the road with my order but quickly resolved.
Ordered 8:30pm Monday, 4/26 (520104xxx)
Email at 8am today-
Your order is currently in queue to be processed. In most cases orders are processed within 3 business days. If additional information is required before we can complete your order, you will receive a more detailed e-mail. If your order can be completed successfully, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been completed and shipped.

Email at 8:55am -
Your order is currently on hold. Upon performing our standard payment authorization, the credit card number you provided was declined. Unfortunately, we are unable to process your order without payment. If you would like us to proceed with this order using a different credit card please call us at the number below. Your order will remain open for up to 7 days from the date we received the order.

Called VZW they said bank wasn't releasing the funds due to possible fraud. Called my bank, they were not suspicious of the VZW transaction, but the Amazon transaction I had placed earlier in the day raised a flag (not sure why). Anyway, got my bank to release the hold..called VZW back, made sure it processed. At 10:06am got the "you'll get your shipment in 2-3 business days email"

When I spoke to the VZW rep, he confirmed everyone who orders before the 4/28 deadline will get their phone. He went on to say, unless of course we get TOO many pre-orders but it looks like we'll have plenty.
 
Mine has been waiting to catch a flight at LAX to Silicon Valley for 26 hours.
I had used code for free overnight but it can't happen now.
Tracking on Fedex is useless I had to call for an update.

I paid for overnight and was charged for overnight, and i only got 2day shipping!!

i never even got a tracking number for my case i ordered over the phone because it wasn't showing up on the website....
 
Mine shipped from Ontario, CA at 7am yesterday. The FedEx site finally updated and it is at the sorting facility in Phoenix.

I have found calling FedEx is useless. They will just read the same information that the tracking site shows.

I would call VZW and complain. You should, at the least, get a refund for the difference between overnight and 2nd day.

How could you complain? You ordered it expecting it the 29th if you get it before then how could you complain??

Exactly! You paid for something you didn't get. If you paid for overnight shipping they should ship it out Wednesday for Thursday delivery. It doesn't matter the day it arrives. VZW took your money and paid for a different service that saved them money and they pocketed the difference. That is fraud in my book.

I would say he can't complain that he's not getting it before the 29th, but he can ask for his $ back. I think we all had an inkling that they'd start shipping prior to the 28th so it didn't hurt to try for expedited shipping, but if he's getting it at the same time as the rest of us, I think he's certainly within his rights to request a refund for the extra. It's deceitful of VZW to keep his money; if they didn't plan to allow anyone to get the phone early by paying for upgraded shipping, they should have taken that option away from our pre-order page.

I think it's the website, not you - I couldn't even get on for over an hour. I think more of us (myself included!) should donate/become a premium member and then maybe they'll be able to afford to keep the site running a little better. If I continue to utilize this site once I get my Incredible, I think I'll do that. :)

I have had this notice since late Sunday night but have not received shipping information. Is this happening to anyone else? I tried calling verizon but they are useless, all they told me is it will be there by the 29th.

Not sure about others but I ordered 5:30am EST on the 19th. I'm glad they decided to churn through the pre-orders early to make sure the last few get their phones by the 29th. Actually paid to be at the front of the line in this case.
