Adobe Flash player 11.1

Is anyone using it lately? I know that the Dolphin browser has an option to enable flash if the device has the flash player installed. Just wondering what we are missing with out flash.
 
Adobe Flash hasn't worked since there was a workaround for JB 4.1. Otherwise you can try and side load is even though it might not work too well.

The last option, which you already stated is Dolphin Browser. You aren't really missing out on anything since Flash wasn't even that big on Android that's why they stopped supporting it.

Think most of the principal video sites are OK on an Android device. Hulu, Netflix, Al Jazeera, BBC, ITV, Sky, CCTV, BTV, Hunan, etc. either by using the browser or their apps. Many people are using tablets, phones, HDMI dongles, smart TVs and STBs now, rather than PCs. As of 4.1 most of which don't have Flash, and there's iOS as well of course.

If you were interested, someone from XDA created a workaround that works on Android 4.4 (not sure about previous versions). If you wanted to check it out there's a news article about it here:

Thanks for the responses. I've sideloaded the flash player and it is functional. Occasionally I get to a webpage that wants flash. I use Dolphin and have flash enabled now on it. So, I will just operate as normal and see what happens.

Only a few browsers support flash. If you want to have support for your current browser you'll need to contact the browser's developer and see if they'll add it for you.
 
Hey did anyone have a problem with installation? I uninstalled the old one (which was a system app) but it still wont install. Does it have to be installed from system/app?
 
I use Dolphin Browser and sided loaded Adobe Flash 11 on my SGS4 and haven't had any problems. (I saved the apk file from my Atrix 4G) I'm not sure which websites require it, but I know that anything I find on the web, I can play.
 
I side loaded Adobe Flash 11 and use the stock browser on my S3 to watch Amazon Prime Video on their desktop web page since there still isn't an Android app. It works perfect.
