Root Stock , ROOTED 4.0.4 CWM

I zipped and uploaded this file of 4.0.4 to be restored via ClockWork Mod or CWM. It's only for 4.0.4 not the update. This is bone stock too. It is rooted but the SuperSU app must be downloaded freely from the market for new apps to register root. Flashify is pre-installed too to get into recovery. Enjoy!

All you do is run the restore file within Clockwork folder in the ext sdcard. You might create a backup then remove the files in that created folder then replace it with my upload. But the backup I uploaded is like it would be out of the box so to speak. The setup is already bypassed. But the account I had is cleared , for security reasons ....naturally.

I had semi-fixed it beforehand. The issue is I have CDMA & EVDO, but no LTE. I do not currently have access to a working GSM SIM so I can't speak to that.

You might be able to flash the modem and baseband separately?
