Last date to order and still get it friday?

Had someone order me one earlier today, i was just wondering if I met the time to still be delivered by friday?
 
I ordered yesterday, and my status just changed to:

Here is the status of your order.
Order Date: 04/26/2010
Order Number: 32758XXXX
Order Status: Your order has been processed. You should receive your order within 2 - 3 business days.

Customer service told me that orders will get "PROCESSED" on the 29th, which is something completely different than what I read here. So beats me.
 
^^ thats what the person who ordered my phone told me, that it wont be shipped processed to friday and they dont ship on weekend so it wont be here to monday
 
PRE-ORDERS PLACED ONLINE BEFORE 4PM LOCAL TIME ON 4/28 WILL BE DELIVERED 4/29.

That's what is on the pre-order page. You may have to choose next day shipping though.
 
i ordered yesterday and had the same 2-3 processing message. This morning I got confirmation that the order shipped and has left WEST CHESTER, PA and is now in COATESVILLE, PA for 4/29 delivery.
 
Just called and they said any orders they process by 11am wednesday will arrive thursday by 7pm according to their deal with fedex.
 
Interesting...

So I just called 800-711-7773 (internet sales). They took a look at my order, and told me it will be shipped out later today, and I should receive it by Thursday. Normal customer service told me I wouldn't receive it until next week, lol.

That may be your problem. You talked to Verizon. :p

I'm pretty sure that if the website says free overnight shipping if ordered by 4 pm tomorrow afternoon, you'll get it Thursday.

You won't be "pre-ordering" after that point. All bets are off on the free overnight...
