this inability to keep stability is needing a new server... obiously new server or better server is required

He is referring to server downtime. I'd imagine that those kinds of things are mostly a matter of funding. Server hardware or rack space is not cheap.

By "he," I presume you mean the OP?

In either case, did you even look at the thread I linked to? It's by the main site admins. If you wish to provide feedback regarding this site's performance issues, that's the best place to do it since they're tracking that thread. There's another thread in that area which also touches upon the recent server issues as well.

Long story short - the admins are aware and have been continually working on it. And if you want to complain about it, go complain straight to them where they'll see it for sure.
