Help Phone Reboots Itself

My phone started rebooting itself randomnly. I've called the carrier, and they provided me with a loaner phone and as soon as I put my SIM card into the loaner phone, it starts to rebooot. The carrier has asked me to go get a new SIM card and try it out. This hasn't worked yet and now they are telling me that they don't know what to do to fix it. Anyone have any ideas? There is no memory card in the phone and it is suppose to be a 32GB phone, but only is 26.17GB. Again the carrier has no idea why.

Unfortunately I don't have any ideas on the reboot problem you're having, but I can tell you about the "missing" storage. It's taken up with the Android OS, system apps and any carrier-specific apps (bloatware) your carrier may have.
