Root [International] Difference between reboot options

Hi all,

What is the difference between reboot the device (I have SGS2 but I guess it's the same for SGS4 as well) by pressing the power button and selecting reboot from the menu vs. reboot by long pressing on the power button?

Pressing and holding the power button until it shuts off is a built in kill switch... Just like pulling the battery

A reboot via the reboot menu is just that :)
 
Both offer the same amount of data loss, some apps will keep content(chrome keeps the pages, but need to reload) while most will just close losing normal data amounts.....
