Need help to flash Jb Rom

I'm using ICS ROM and need some help to flash Jb ROM and modem for the first time. Very confused

Do I use rooted full restore exe file with Odin?

The exe files are a self contained installer. It is the ROM with its own Odin. run the exe to extract a folder with the one click ROM installer inside. Do note that the "restore" one formats the data partition, so copy all pics and stuff to an external SD card or your PC.

Look at that second link in the other thread post for instructions on how to do the one click.

Recovery is tied to the kernel on this phone, to have a recovery for making backups etc. You can use this kernel.

This kernel works for GC01 just fine, GB27 is just the Sprint labeled version of the same ROM.
