1.4mb dl
561 kb up
Your cable internet is probably 10mb dl and 2mb up
That's pretty good upload speed for a phone. The average upload speed on home lines is generally under 1mb if you have a download less than 10mb.
Speedtest.net is not an app its a website...

I haven't had a phone with WIFI but those WIFI speeds seem good to me. I have FIOS here at home and I get 20/5. Tomorrow I pick up my Inc so I'll be curious to see what kind of speeds I get.

Good enough. Most of the time I get around 100 down and 75 up.
Holy S!!!!
Edit - now that I think of it, why "most of the time"?
Not quite true. Speedtest is an app. They have the website, speedtest.net and also apps for Android and iPhone. Its a great speed test. The website doesn't work on most phones because its flash based.Speedtest.net is not an app its a website...

I should also note we have more wireless access points (and they're 802.11n) in one place than any other place in the world.
I say "most of the time" because it's 10 o'clock and there are 14,000 other students on the network. High usage time.
