Help Spooky-S3 turning itself on

Every night I plug my mobile into the charger and turn it off so that it doesn't make a noise while I'm sleeping. Twice now it's turned itself back on. Anybody else had this and is there some way of stopping it?

Powering up from being off. It usually takes a long press on the right hand button to boot the phone up.
