Help Question for owners of this device

Hi I just got my mother the One Touch Fierce and on her phone the call sound is low. What I mean is that during calls whether they are received or dialed out the person on the other line seems low. During the call I used the volume rocker on her phone to set the call volume at the highest, but it still seems low.

Does anyone else who own this phone notice this, or could it be a defective phone. Is there any other way to adjust the call volume?

Also, the camera quality is not bad, but when your moving the camera around its blurry. Im not talking about video recording, I'm talking about when your moving the picture camera around the screen is blurry. Its like it has a low refresh rate, or takes time to focus the picture. Could this be defective?

Thanks in advance for input.

No the phone isn't defective but the camera just isn't good and the volume is low for some reason... but im not sure if you can change that somehow... sorry

lol... i told my mom to not take off the screen protector that come with the phone untill she bought a new one, unfortunately the screen protector shipped with the phone does not have a cut out over the ear speaker.

You can change the call quality but it has to be rooted. download pimp my ROM and go to tweaks, scroll down to telephony, scroll all the way to the bottom and enable AMR Wideband, it improved call quality for my phone.

Hi android store says it's not compatible with my fierece. ????

If that doesn't work you can download and install gravity box, make sure you have xposed installed, after that open gravity box and scroll down to engineer mode, then follow the same steps, its the same menu just a different way to access it.
