Been sitting infront of the verizon store since 7:00

I feel like such a dork. Been sitting by myself in front of the verizon store since 7:00 this morning. Heard they only had a few last night. Well it's just me and the lawn service here. Guess I will have no issues getting an incredible.
 
Let us know how many were there with you when they opened. I'll be in front of one of ours here in about an hour...
 
They just removed a phone and setup the incredible. They are also putting red and white ballons all around the display. I wish they would just open the door. The dork side of me says so I can get the phone but the truth is I got a large coke at chick-fil-a 2 hours ago.
 
Hope your lucky and they didn't reserve all units they're getting on pre-orders.

This thing is awesome... I have killed the battery(down to like orange/25%) in the past 4 hours cause i haven't put it down...

Same here, 10 AM...sucks. I had no idea the Motorola Droid was going for $200-$300 on Ebay and Craigslist. Now I wont feel quite as bad paying retail for the Incredible...and just selling my Droid!

Good luck. You're not the only one, but I'm stuck here "working" waiting until Best Buy opens.

I got 395 for mine. (multi media dock, navigation dock and all my music on the card) The best part was that my kids line was up (out of contract) and I got the 30.00 discount from verizon. :)

you should just knock on the door and say "uh can i use the restroom?" while doing the pee pants dance then be like "hey while im in here...do you have any incredbiles that are not reserved?" just to make sure youre not wasting time...

I love the play by play in this thread. I would love to hear how this turns out for Danny. I really hope he gets his phone because that would be pretty embarrassing if they are out or never received their shipment.

He's probably the only one out there because NO ONE KNOWS ABOUT THIS PHONE YET! We are only a small community of enthusiests and I mean VERY SMALL! There are probably more Verizon stores than members of this forum.

I hope you're right about the second part. I will be joining the OP and what he did in my area.

Of course this small group of enthusiasts blew up the pre-order on VZW and has already put the device on back order...

I hope he gets it as well and his next post is from his new Incredible! Sans mayonnaise!
 
what if you drive the same kind of car as the stalker of one of the girls who is employed there. that would be hilarious if you got arrested as the doors opened. for us at least...
 
If you are returning a droid they are going to ship you an incredible not pick it up instore today.

Lucky I have like a thousand verizon lines and just going to use another line to upgrade.
