Play music from shared network folder

I have a large collection of music organized by folders on my PC. I use Media Player Classic on my laptop to access them over Wifi. One of the nice things about this is Media Player Classic will automatically play the next song in the folder until it has played them all. I don't have to create playlists at all. I'm wondering if there is an app or combination of apps that will do this on my LG Lucid. I can use File Expert HD and Music Player to access them but I can only play one song at a time this way. Something similar to Itunes with shuffle would work too as most of the folders are complete albums.
My Tunes seems pretty good but doesn't access network files. Network Audio Player requires me to make a playlist and seems to only have one that is very difficult to erase and start over.

I had the same issue you did with networked music folder. I have tried all the major android music apps which none seemed to do what I wanted in terms of playing music from my network. This was awhile ago though so some may have integrated the feature in recent updates. I found the only music app that worked for me without uploading everything to Google Play Music was the native music app on the Sony phones which I personally feel is the most refined, visually speaking, music app for android. I rooted my phone and used a port of the Sony Walkman app on my Droid Razr Maxx HD. It recognized my network folder of music and allowed everything you mentioned.

I also use "ES File Explorer" but it has limitations as Music Player. Being a software developer and not satisfied with the current offering on Google Play to play music from shared local network folder, we decided to develop this 'Soumi Music Player' to play music seamlessly from a shared network folder and SdCard alike. We are using it here for more than last six months, but would like get some feedback before making it public on the Google Play Store.

So, if you have a large collection of MP3 files on your shared network folder, and have some spare time to try a new App, you may follow my above posted link to view details on Google Play, and then download it from there to give us some feedback.

I tried Shareon Audio and Video and both require a Windows app to share files. I use standard file sharing on my network and one of the computers runs Linux so this can't work for me.
