Help Problem receiving images? Also can't connect to kies?

When someone texts me an image i wont receive it, i just get an error box no matter if i turn wifi on or off and whatnot.

Also when i connect to kies nothing will show up for me to sync my phone
 
1) Check the APN settings for MMS. They have to be what your carrier uses.

2) Make sure you're using the correct version of Keis (Version 2 for the Note 2, IIRC) and that you have told it to reinstall the drivers.

I dont know much about this stuff so kinda lost haha. How do i check APN settings.

As for kies i have an iMac and there is only one version. It was working fine than one day just completely stopped..
