I deleted the stock camera apk and maybe the video recorder not sure, but now I can't record videos. Anyone have the stock apk's that I could download?

I put them both in System/App and tried to install the apk and it says it can't install it..

All you need to do is put them into the system/app and reboot the phone. They don't install like a regular apk. Clear Cache in recovery if you need to.
