What the sequence that you want me to do?
You have to flash the ROM first, regardless. Then APN fix #3, then GApps. After all three have flashed successfully, then you boot back into system.

Its still saying fail on the gapps but I noticed at the end it says 4.4.2-20140217-signed(1) zip is the (1) why?
Possibly, that usually means you downloaded it twice; however, I always rename my GApps downloads after I have removed the apps I don't use from the zip file and never have a problem flashing. Did you update to the newest Philz as I directed a couple of posts back, and have you successfully completed the ROM flash prior to flashing GApps?

Tried without but still isnt work should i redownload it?
Just flash your other GApps package, and I need answers to the other two questions I asked in last post as well please.

I think I figured it out im redownloading it I believe it was an incomplete file and yes did the new philz rebooted it and now re downloading gapps

So to be sure, you have flashed (successfully) the Carbon ROM file, the APN fix, and the GApps? If yes to all three, then yes, reboot system.

Its just a black screen is this normal or do I have to turn on myself?
No, you should have a splash screen and then a boot animation. Manually boot back into recovery and reflash the ROM file.

K I now have a C and splash screen I didnt have to reinstall fix and gapps again right?
We will see what happens after your system fully boots up. If GApps flashed properly, you should get the Google account setup as part of the initial setup. If the APN fix was flashed properly, you should have properly working data. Also, skip the Data Activation that pops up first thing, it is irrelevant.

K well I open the apps store its there but I tried to download and all it shows is an x

You are still rooted. Don't know why your Play Store isn't working though. Did any notifications pop up in the notification drawer regarding any Google issues (swipe down from the top of the screen to pull down the notification shade)?

Nope nothing there like I said I picked accepted and then it took me where it normally does but it down have the download line
You may want to reflash your GApps. First though, go to Settings, scroll down to About Phone, scroll down to Build Number and then tap that line repeatedly until Developer Options are enabled. Then, in Developer Options, choose Advanced Reboot; this will allow you to reboot to recovery by holding down the Power button, choosing Reboot, and then Recovery. Also, I need to get to bed here very shortly, so any further issues we can certainly explore later. If you need a fully working phone, going to recovery and restoring your stock backup will get you up and running.

Btw reflashing it worked
