Help Moto g wont boot

I was downloading fast and ferious 6 game from playstore and the phone froze so I held power button and restarted it, but it is stuck at the blue M. Any ideas why? I have boost mobile moto g. Not rooted or unlocked bootloader. I recently relocked and unrooted it.

You need to download with WiFi so it will do it quickly. Power off the device and do just a simple reboot and try to enable the wifi

I was on wifi the problem im having is the phone itself wont boot up. It gets stuck at the blue Motorola M.

How many mb was it remember the device Dont have proper storage
You may need to let set for a few if that don't work a reset

The game was only 233mb I have 3gb left. I dont think downloading the game was the problem. That is just what I was doing when it happened. After turning off the device it would automatically turn back on with out me doing it. And after doing that multiple times it finally booted up. Dont know what happened

perhaps a longshot ... if you can boot into recovery you could clear the data cache partition and see if it helped.
