Help Transfer contacts from iPhone to GS3?

How do I transfer contacts from a Verizon iPhone 4 to a Verizon GS3? Are there ways to transfer contacts if the iPhone is dead and I don't have a charger for it so could I transfer without using the iPhone? If yes, how could I do this? Thank you!

Easiest way:

Take them both to a Verizon company store that does repair work. Ask if they can charge up the iPhone just long enough to transfer your contacts. (Most of them have "transfer from any phone to any phone" software.)

I wasn't going to the Verizon store today. I thought I could do this myself with another way for free using my computer even though my iPhone is dead and no charger for it.

If they are in icloud, you can use the CardDav app on your Android to pull them down.

No, they are not in the cloud. They was stored in phone--> contacts.

Then I would surmise you would need to power up your iPhone to get to the contacts and go from there.

iPhones won't store them to a sim card, so you need a data cable to backup them out on your computer or icloud. Without some juice, I don't know how you could get them. You can get a cable for $5 at Walgreens, or $1 on ebay if you can wait.

I actually use CardDav to add new phone contacts back to my icloud account.

I just bought a charger from Amazon. It was $1.63, free shipping, but the shipping speed is 17-28 business days, so I will get it between the 2nd thru the 18th of April.
