Help Several Apps on Note II Won't Stop

I just got a Note II, and as many of you are aware, it comes with a lot of bloat-apps. So after I found out how to uninstall what I didn't want (or at least as close as I can come by just uninstalling their updates and then "Stopping" them then turning them "Off"), I still have a few that are giving me trouble.

For some reason I'm unable to get rid of the following apps:

1) KNOX - It will not allow me to Stop it or Turn it off, even though I don't use it (and I would like it to be gone).

2) VPN Client - I will just use the Note 2's built in VPN so I'd like to get rid of this as well, however I can't

3) Samsung Link - I keep stopping this but something somewhere keeps reinstalling it. Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Your phone has to be rooted to disable/uninstall these system apps.

Thanks for the info. I am familiar with rooting a phone based on my Goggling, but that's not something I'm interested in doing.

Could I get a clarification about a few things?

First, the VPN Client is by INSIDE Secure, not the default Samsung VPN. As it is a third party app, is there some way to disable it from starting or somehow stop it all together from running all the time on the phone (same as with KNOX).

Second, the Samsung Link is an app I AM able to Stop and Disable. It's just whenever the apps run updates it gets reinstalled/turned on. How can I stop this second that, as that should do the trick.

Thanks again!

It doesn't matter whether the app is a Samsung app or third party one or even a regular ringtone, As long as it's installed as a system app/file (physically stored in /system/app folder) you will not be able to disable/move/remove/rename it unless you have root privileges.

Samsung Link auto update is triggered by another app that does not even appear to you in the Application manager to disable/stop. (I suspect it's ConfigUpdater.apk but I'm not sure). And again, your phone has to be rooted in order for you to disable/remove that autoupdater app.
