Help List of "OK to Terminate" Apps?

I'm finishing the setup on my new Note 2 I recently got, and I had a quick question.

If I pull up the menu that lets you clear the RAM memory it regularly says that 30+ programs were ended (most of which come right back on). That seems like an excessive amount to be running in the background all the time.

Also, in the apps manager menu, you can see the list of currently running apps and it is quite long as well. I don't recognize a lot of these, nor do I know 100% which ones are critical for the android OS or not.

Is there a list or website that lists various apps that are OK to Stop/Disable to help optimize my phone and save the battery?

Thanks!

FWIW I have the following apps disabled and haven't encountered any problems as a results:

ChatON
Group Play
Picasa Uploader
Samsung Link
Yahoo Finance
Yahoo News

As well as some of the built in live wallpapers (I assume?) like Luminous Dots, Windy Weather etc etc

Attached is my list of bloatware that was safe to disable long time ago. Since then, free RAM in standby has been always 75%, my phone is noticeably fast, and battery lasts for two full days of moderate usage. The list contains 99 apps. I'm sorry it was to much to type so I only took a screenshot of it.

Wow! That's alot of bloat!

Yep! I never use custom roms, so I root my phone for three reasons only:

1. Disable Bloatware.
2. Disable Adware.
3. Control which apps can/cannot use my data.

Once done, I have fast phone with no ads, long battery life and efficient data plan :)

And that right there is the beauty of rooting and Android. ;):D
