Hi all, we are a mac studio here in nepal and frustrated over the fact we can't get iphones. The 1.3 iphones were selling in Bangkok for 600USD but they are all gone. So what do you think the chanced are of getting unlocked G1s there anytime soon? We don't have a 3G network here, but usually phones that accept sims will work, for example a few lucky folks do have iPhones here and they work fine. We just phones that easier to use then Nokias, and have some sorta cool factor (we are posers, what to say). Thanks!

man, we need some decent phones here. i could get a blackberry in thailand but i would rather cut my hand off then use one. cheers!

We have to wait for unlocked tmobile overstocks imported from various vendors. I guess for a G1 it will take many moons. Best chance is to find an imported one in Thailand, as they go there first.
