Root Stock Rooted Rom

Does anyone have a link to a stock rooted ROM? And if I made a backup of my data should be ok to restore that and get all my apps back on the phone without having to use titanium?

I could possibly use philz recovery to clone my brothers stock rooted ROM if you'd like. Also yes. Backup, Backup, Backup you can't go wrong with a backup. It backs up your internal storage, your system, your data, your cache, and your boot. You will have your phone back to the way it was if you backup and delete everything and restore.

So answer is yes and yes.
