Root [CDMA] xt1031 imei=0 please somebody help me solve this. in bootloader I see my imei

I bought this phone new. I've tried reflashing stock recovery, downgrading to 4.3, flashing verizon stock, the stock zip here, everything on xda.

Other people on xda have had this issue with no success. I am not a developer but I'm not a complete noob either.

I *think* my fatal flaw was using the moto tool at xda and clicking convert to gpe (okay maybe I am a complete noob lol).

So here is what I know. It appears that the phone thinks I have a sdcard and doesn't recognize the fact I have a boost phone even when I reflash stock using sparsechunk method. My phone always now says my total space is 5.6 gb total. In cwm recovery the mounts and storage section has a 'none' section which I cannot format or mount along with /system /data etc.

Stock simply says meid 0000000000 in settings -> about but in bootloader using gpt getvar recognizes the real meid. I got wifi working again but google play does not work even with wifi.
So I *think* the phone is stuck in some weird half-gpe format and nothing can be wiped to make my phone recognize all 8gb... says there is an internal and external sd card. I think maybe something with fuse or encryption or idk what has to be part of the problem but I simply want to be able to use 3g with my boost phone.

Could I type something in terminal emulator to wipe a partition or block or something, anything to get it working? I don't want a fake meid so I hope this doesn't break the rules...

Ill try anything please help somebody who has any idea ?

Next thing is why would you do this to the device and its not a fix yet for this . now I asked about the backup cause you may or may not need yet but will need later
 
I backed up the pds partition before I flashed superuser but not a full backup with cwm or twrp . Well I did but wiped sdcard accidentally. .

I originally rooted to get cm11 and as far as gpe, I had the mototool and pds backup and heard the phone was 'unbrickable' but didn't know what gpe was >_>

And had the stock flash firmware files 4.3 and 4.4 didn't even see this was possible. Lastly, I didn't see that topic thank you for taking time to respond and im going to see if anything works.

I know u said u tryed flashing stock version of firmware but did u dobit through fastboot w the instuctions found on main post and ur phone will always say 5 gigs no matter what they reserve 2. Sumn gigs for sys apps and wht nots

I did this with mfastboot 4.3 flashed downgrade 4.4.2 did ota update on 4.4.2 flashed cwm twrp I i was fastbootin and rootin and somewhere I got Lesner'd . I also ran the blbroke tool so I really just broke it forever in the span of a week.

I tried these radios I've downloaded dfs app I started going to church but I guess I can always read the newspaper
