Apps Disable the "Settings" key of softkeyboard

I am an android developer . In my application , I am trying to disable the "Settings" key of android soft keyboard . I tried a lot but I didn't get a proper solution .

Even I tried with KeyEvents. It gives only the event of "Enter" key.

Please suggest with a proper solution which should handle/disable the "Settings" key.

Could you explain us what is the "Settings" key on soft keyboard? I don't see any key like this on my soft keyboard.
