how to start extreme power saving mode?????

I'm pretty new to the board and to HTC so thanks in advance for your help. I understand "extreme power saver" mode has been removed from the phone. I see from other posts there is also a "power saver" mode. Does anyone know what this does and if it will become available on Verizon as well?

Also I've been playing with my camera some and I can't figure out how to get to the "remove object" option. Has this feature been removed as well? Thanks again for the help. This is an awesome resource.

I am having trouble finding any kind of power saver mode whether be extreme or not extreme on this phone either. I also have Verizon, hopefully we get it soon. Hopefully someone else has some kind of answer.

Power saver mode cuts back CPU, dims display, turns off mobile data when asleep, and disables vibration feedback. Any of these options can be enabled while in power saver mode if you wish.

As far as I'm aware, the Verizon version should be getting extreme power saving mode with a software update. Currently Sprint has it first. It was not disabled, just needed to be optimized for each carrier before being enabled on the phone.

Not too sure about the camera. Still figuring out those features myself.

After taking a Zoe video or burst shot, you click edit, then drag the edit features (duo camera features) left and it should be there.

No rooting for me.. Don't know the point and wouldn't know where to start anyway

The point would be for adding features just like this that the US carriers feel they can omit for no apparent reason whatsoever. Another thing they omitted was the native FM radio app that's available on the international/unlocked variant. There are many other benefits, but if you're happy enough with the bloated and gimped stock ROM, then you'll have to wait to see if Verizon is gracious enough to add these features back in.

Is the FM radio available on the VSW version if rooted? And where can I find rooting instructions for this model? Thanks.

U want FM radio get from app store Tune in radio... Its the best.. Any radio station in the country and others,as well as pod casts... There are apps for everything no a days... No need to ever root

The point is that with Tune-In radio (excellent and use it all of the time), you need to use data. Which is why Verizon disabled the FM receiver on their version. Nothing for free with VZW!
