Help Reception

I've had my phone about 4 months and reception was good until lately. My wife and I both have Verizon and she still has good reception at the house and I have low signal strength, dropping some calls. So it has to be the phone not service.

Has anyone experienced any problems with reception?

Update your PRL, settings update phone, update prl.. That might help

Different reception levels in right next to each other, or from different rooms? Windows, roof thickness, amount of walls can all affect aignal

PLR? I went about phone> systems update and was fine. Did *228 also.

Did the updating fix your signal strength? Sometimes a phone doesn't have the newest tower code updated therefore giving a weaker signal.

It has been updated, The only thing I haven't done was update roaming....which I shouldn't have to. I have 2 towers within 2 miles of me. Maybe there is something wrong with my phone.

Yea, could be something wrong with the radio in the phone?
