Root Custom Hotwords on Launcher (now available)

4.4.2-251 build? I'm still getting the mute bug and I have to force close the launcher to listen to the media volume.



The customization is just as restrictive and simple as the stock Google launcher. If you still have xposed you can use xposed gel settings. The hotword detection compensates for its simplicity though, you can put any command you wish like saying one word to the launcher and all of a sudden your default music player begins to play. You can tell your phone to sleep or you could run a script.

Some of these features i described are app dependent to other apps (tasker, ROM toolbox,etc.)

Either download an omnirom nightly zip or search for an updated launcher3. Build 4.4.3-251 seems to have fixed it.

I found 4.4.2-247 but it still has the same issue and I couldn't find any newer versions? Am I doing something wrong here? Do I not know how to google?

EDIT: I worked it out

I DL'd the latest Omnirom nightly, unpacked it and copied to launcher3 apk into my google drive, DL'd to my N5 and installed. Seems to be perfect now
