Yeahh, thats a problem with Metro PCS and CM, I think you gotta manually work with the APN or somethin like that, heres a link to it : [GUIDE] MMS Fix for MetroPCS Jelly Bean (AOSP) - xda-developers

Have you tested this fix on this phone? MMS would be nice to have back, or would the old MMS fix still work for this phone?

Alright, got a fix for mms, Its the same one from before, fix for Mms.apk - Download - 4shared - Jose Figueroa
There's the link, extract it, copy it to /system/app/ and overwrite the other mms.apk in there change permissions to rw - r - r, reboot once, check permissions again of the app, if they didnt stick then change them again. Also, make sure you have the settings for your messaging set the way you like them because after this, settings with force close the app.
I use root browser from rom toolbox pro for this if you were wondering.

Ugh, 4g switches doesn't work good for me, could someone help me, I'm stuck in 1x/2g wherever I go and can't get it to go into 3g or 4g I've tried everything I can sign the 4g switcher app but nothing works and its really frustrated when you pay for 4g and can't even utilize it

I don't even think the link still works for the ROM download. Your best bet would probably be upgrading to a new phone, this phone's development days are dead, sadly.

Any Alcatel, stay away from. I would recommend one of the LG's metro has, or the Samsung galaxy avant.
