If I wasn't on a work computer that prohibited driver installation, I'd be flashing it now as well. Alas, I have to wait.
There's probably no going back through recovery initially. Probably going to have to wait for twrp and cwm to update. Only way back right now is probably the factory image.
First boot probably compiles all the ART code, I would think after that it should boot fasterWe'll see. All I did was factory reset from TWRP, extract system boot and radio, and flash.
EDIT:
And she just booted. That took a LONG time.
I'm going to get it set up and play with it for a bit and will have a quick first impressions post in half an hour or so
