Help Cannot access the themes option in menu ::SOLVED::

Panda-riffic!
Just got the LG G3 this morning. One of the things I've been wanting to try is themes. I went to LG Smartworld and downloaded some, but when I press "menu", there is no option to choose a theme! There's apps and widgets, settings, etc. But no option to choose themes. I've searched the settings app and have found nothing. I'm frustrated! I hope T Mobile hasn't removed the option!

Please help.

Howdy again! I've actually found the solution. I will share:

Install LauncherPro. YOU DON'T NEED TO ACTUALLY USE THE LAUNCHER!!! Nova may work, as well.

Go to widgets. Use the Activities widget. Should be one of the first widgets you see.

Go to add it to your homescreen. A menu will open. Scroll until you see the word "Home". Choose it. A bunch of activities will display.

The theme chooser should be listed in there. Didnt take me long to find it.

Hope this helps some of you. Weird how this was disabled in the normal menu button selections.

Also, if you are rooted, you can use G3 TweakBox to do this. Before installing TweakBox, be sure you install Xposed apk, as TweakBox is a module for that.

Go to Launcher Settings, then Enable Hidden Settings. Go to the Settings app. Then go to Display and then Home Settings. Scroll down and you will see the hidden menu. Once there, scroll till you see "Feature_Use_Theme" and check it off. Reboot. The themes setting will be there when you press "menu".

Tried this all it says when i click on the theme chooser is "app not installed" :\

I had to sideload it. I'd Google for it, as I'm not permitted to post apps to sideload directly here without the creator's permission.

HEy- I'm having the same problem: downloaded the smartworld app. Downloaded themes. Went to nova launcher. Used activities widget. Can't find where I'm supposed to find the home themes changing thing. Any help is appreciated!!

Just tried the activities widget from Nova Launcher and the Quick Shortcut Maker app neither shows the options needed to enable themes on the versions of G3 that have it locked out. So for Launcher Pro is the only app that has an activity widget that can activity the theme menu setting.
