Help Going Home

Slack3r

Lurker
Hello,

On my old Desire, I had my task list and calendar on my main home screen so that every time I went "home" they would be the first things I saw and would have to slide left or right to get to what I wanted. The point being that they would be unavoidable and force me to see tasks or events every time.

On my Note, however, it stays on the last home page instead of always going back to the main page... Leaving me to miss tasks or events unless I go searching. Is there a way to make the "main" home page the one that always shows up when I press the home key?

If you pinch two fingers together on the screen, you will see all your homescreens and can organize them as preferred. Touch the "house" symbol on the one you want to set as default homescreen.
Hope this help you

Soooo.. every time you unlock it you want to open your default/main homescreen? I think i remember this behavior of Android 2.3.5.. Well, there is no setting for doing this in stock samsung android kitkat, but i think a couple of lauchers like Nova or likes can do this. Actually not sure..
But, my solution to this, as I've also got calender and todo widgets on default homescreen... is to use Home-button to go back to default screen before turning of screen. If i forgot, i always hit Home-button after unlocking device. Its done by habit now...
