Help Does anybody know how to get rid of "Charging slowly" screen

I have 2, both LG, but I believe the reason for the message is TPU case on the phone, w/o case it is charged fine.

Glad to hear it isn't an issue when not using a case. My Qi back *should* be here from Spain tomorrow.

By the way, do you happen to know the output of the LG chargers? I picked up a non-LG charger that puts out 1.0A, and am curious to see how that compares to LG's.

1.0A, just checked, you should be fine.

Both charger output and USB cable matter with G3. If either isn't "good enough", too low an amp output on the wall wart power supply or too much resistance in the USB (think thin cable -- you get a voltage drop shoving the amps through it), you'll get slow charging or no charging -- the G3 is a picky beast.

You can absolutely use other products, I'm using a RAZR wall wart and cable right now, but be prepared for some things to not work so well.

I was just reading about Qi, the current standard is only good for 7mm distance between the charger and phone(which is why your have a issues).

The Qi standard v2 is good up to 45mm.

Here's the good news, even if you have a phone with the v1 standard, when the new v2 chargers come out this fall they are backwards compatible AND increase the range to 30 mm with a v1 phone!
