S4 stopped recognizing bluetooth

My plantronics M50 suddenly stopped working with my Galaxy s4 Active. I have turned it off, removed battery and restarted. I have tried re-pairing. Nothing works. I paired it with my husband's S4 mini just fine but my phone still doesn't recognize the bluetooth. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance
 
this happened to me too, I just kept trying then one day it worked. Try restarting your phone too, which im pretty sure youve tried. try a BT app.
