android tv box M8 quad core - Help please

Hi all,
Would really appreciate some basic advice. Using the Android tv box M8 quad core box, I'd like to put more apps or short cuts on the home screen/main page. I don't want to go into the Apps folder each time to open an app. These are the apps downloaded from play store.
Any ideas please.

Hey Liz, welcome to our AndroidForums!

I've moved your thread over here to the Android TV section for you.

Although I've not used an Android TV device, I would imagine that you could select and app in the app drawer (folder), long-press / hold it until the home screen (main page) appears, position it where you want, and un-select and it should create a link on your home screen.

I do not get the Windows 8 interface when device turned on why ? When I use show box , when I go to watch screen is black And no sound

The Ookla Speedtest app only supports portrait mode, as found on phones and tablets.

Showbox is an illegal pirate site, and is likely blocked by your ISP. Court order from Hollywood.

Windows 8 interface? These things are usually Android.
