So here's the deal. I have an S4 that is giving me some rather concerning charging issues. I plugged it in today and noticed its charging light wasn't coming on. i unplugged it, plugged it back in and it said it was charging. about 5 minutes later i come back and yet again it said its not charging.
So i decided to see if it was the charger by wiggling it around when its plugged in...nothing. i took it out to my car and plugged it into a USB figuring maybe it was the wall plug for my charger...same results... then after plugging it in again to my USB in my car, i notice after about 15 minutes of driving its charging just fine...no issues at all...
What is causing this? The phone or the charger?
The wire in the charger i'm talking about does have a small slit in, ive tried seeing if that's the issue but i can't come to a conclusion \..and its the only charger i have for it...any ideas?
