Hey buddy sorry you haven't been helped but being rude about it will definitely not help your cause...maybe there are so many views because ppl thought maybe they could be of help but after reading it they couldn't for whatever reason they have...now with that being said look through the thread that i assume is on XDA and or contact the dev!!!!

I googled "pacman evo v sound buzz"
From my research that lasted less then sixty seconds I learned;
It is claimed to be caused by the DAC in the phone, whatever that is.
There is no known fix. Some say to try other headphones, others said get a mp3 player.
I actually have the Evo V 4G sitting right next to me. I listened to a lot of music on that phone, including through my car stereo. I never noticed it before, I am actually going to check this out right now.

Had same thing happen with an epic 4g the sound crackled on the phones external speaker unfortunately it was a sign of speaker dying which it did , headphone speakers work but anyways id try a different music player see if that makes a difference. To see if its rom issue flash a different rom or go back to stock see if problem persists if it does its definitely a speaker problem maybe loose connection maybe,failing speaker.Good Luck
