I have the LG Motion which is soon to be obsolete with Metro. I have been waiting for months for them to come out with some new LG phones, but they have the same old LGs on their website, and I have been having more and more problems with my Motion dropping calls, etc., so I have decided to close my account with Metro. I may reopen at the end of January or February if the get some new LGs in.
I am going to miss my smart phone, but I am at home most of the time and have email, so it is not as though I will lose contact with the world. Still, I will miss not having access to my email, texts, etc., whence I am away from home. Hopefully, the months will go by quickly, and Metro will get some new phones!
Just paid a bill on August 22nd. If I close my account this next week, will they refund me any of the payment I just made?
