I guess your rooted,
Here is the TWRP Recovery for your device:
Direct Download: http://goo.im/devs/OpenRecovery/hltetmo
Put this on your sd card.

The DD method is pretty easy.
Download Terminal Emulator here:https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jackpal.androidterm&hl=en
It's the one I use.

Open Terminal Emulator and type in this 1st;
adb push openrecovery-twrp-2.6.3.x-hltetmo.img /sdcard
Hit enter(Should be lower right on your android keyboard)

Then type this;
adb shell dd if=/sdcard/openrecovery-twrp-2.6.3.x-hltetmo.img of=dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/recovery
Hit enter

And your done.

Thanks for the answer, but I tried to flash CWM with Odin and it worked (I supposed) but when I try to go to Recovery the phone says the recovery is not sandroid and something about enforcing and the phone boots normal but not to the recovery. Any ideas?
