I know that Chrome and Firefox allow you to re-request a web page as the desktop version, is there a browser that only serves up desktop pages default and no 'phone' pages?

Browser that does only desktop

Boat Browser & Dolphin Browser are the first ones that come to mind that have an option to turn on desktop pages in the settings just once, without have to keep choosing a desktop page each time you load a page and then have it reload again.
