Help No Android 4.4.3 or 4.4.4 for SN-9005

I'm just wondering.. have they started rolling out Android 4.4.4 for SN-9005 Galaxy Note 3?? I try to check for software updates and there are no updates available..

I think they have in the US on some networks but as far as I know, nowhere else, but I'm not certain about this.
I have the European SM9005 and still using 4.4.2
