Root Z4 root help (I read the guide, still had trouble)

So I get to the screen pictured below, where I need to select the dll file, and it tells me wrong dll. I can't continue, and I can't root. What am I doing wrong?

Not sure which dll you have this is the one I use:

Megalock.dll is just the license file for the lg flashtook program so don't try to load it.

You need to check the manual mode box and then click the little box to right of dll field. Look for a dll file that starts with LS740. Then click the add button beside the S/W field and select the tot file you downloaded. Then select Board DL in tge Action Mode field.

Thanks kwknott wasn't at home to look at my LG flash and haven't had to use it in a month or two...

That's what I tried to do, I downloaded the dll that was linked by asmugone but it said wrong dll. I will try alternate download, maybe that will help

Bro you need to link the dll file to the one in the flash tool zip named LGLS740_20140414_LGFLASHv160.dll then link s/w to LS740ZV3_17.33030_Secure.tot
