Help Best remote control app?

I just found out about the IR on my phone. What is the best app to use for this? I'd like something that has a lot of options and a lot of codes for a lot of devices that is easy to set up and use. Any suggestions?

Depending on your application (the necessity for many different kinds of TV's ect., yes, go with Smart Remote.
