Not sure if this counts as an upload, but I embedded a YouTube video first time from Chrome mobile earlier. On the old site it would have pasted the link, on this new one it embedded the video. Most impressive. Yet to try actually uploading an actual file except for my new avatar (that I've decided to change later again).
 
And there is the double posting bug!
Symptoms : post seemed to fail to upload, the three dots left top corner did their animation for around 15 seconds then the page went back to the state it was just before pressing post. Pressed post again and instantly it was posted, but below the identical post that had obviously actually posted IYSWIM.

We are seeing a ton of that.:(
 
Still no "edit" button from mobile site. Cleared cache and data in mobile Chrome and tried again. Nada. I know it's being worked on, just an update.
 
I know all this is frustrating for all we mere morals, and I'm not complaining, just reporting stuff I find.

I have to have sympathy for admin and the mods, this must be a nightmare and I'm sure your all as frustrated with the bugs as us just experiencing them. You have to sort them all out. Thanks to you all.
 
What happened to the "Best Answer" button? I see it on profiles, but nowhere in the threads.

We worked late and we're up early to work some more.

Some bugs are more pernicious than others so if something that looks obvious to you isn't getting handled right away, it is, it's just not fixed yet.

I'll post back what's fixed as time permits and where it's not already noticed.

Please remember, links to problems and your browser name along with whether pc or phone are invaluable to getting bugs pushed up the chain. :)

Would it be a good idea when we post a bug that we add some basic info
(device name, android version etc.)
 
I'll be back later from laptop and mobile generally exploring and posting on the new site. I am available from 9-11.30pm GMT pretty much full time. If any admin want me to try anything from an ordinary members point of view I can from the latest Chrome (desktop, and mobile), IE (If I must - lol), FFox (desk top and mobile). Just drop me a PM or message.

I understand that this is all new, different and indeed slightly scarey for all of us, and rather just report stuff that I'm sure you want us, but may have heard a thousand times, to do, I feel I can help in other ways if need be.

It is on all our interests to get this new "home" ship shape and bug free as soon as possible, given this is a hobby for all of us and we have commitments such as family and work. Having experienced a change of software and server on a different site as a mod (a general interest and debating forum) I know that the effort of admin to get things going is almost herculean and dominates life in general for days and weeks.

Honestly, anything I can do? :)

It was possible on the previous software, but you had to take the unique video id and put it in [YOUTUBE], so it wasn't exactly intuitive.
 
Somebody try to post a link real quick, yesterday the link on chrome was broken when accessed via tapatalk. I'd like to see if that has been resolved yet.

Mobile, computer and AF work. However tapatalk is broken.
