Yes you can edit in the apps such as taptalk blue and taptalk the Orange
And Also the AF aka android forums [emoji106] [emoji67] [emoji12] [emoji3] just not in the [emoji273] [emoji290] browser

Okay guys, maybe this will help, i hope!
I went into my browser settings and put the text size set to small, then set the default zoom to far, now, i put the wife's glasses on cause everything is so tiny but, now "My Forums " and "My Posts" are showing ;) but as soon as i zoom in a little so its readable, they disappear. Also still have no editor or edit button, hope this helps!
Oh yea, posts still skinny scrolling down.
If your rooted try to turn up your DPI . its set to 240 how about setting it to 245 -255. And see if this fix your browser . if not just try tap talk or android forums app [emoji602] [emoji89]

Where would i go to change the DPI setting?

Traveling by air internationally, I use my Nexus 5 exclusively, preferring desktop view, to post to the forum. I never have the luxury of using a laptop. Previously the old forum experience was wonderful.

Now I'll have to adjust. (and I will).

My request is to please make the forum "Smartphone Friendly" without forcing tapatalk or other such apps on us. Having tried diligently to use tapatalk over a period of time, it's just unacceptable.

Thanks for all the hard work, and for your consideration of my request.

OK fixed alerts and thanks to Firefox and Adblock the ads aren't in the way but if the sidebar could be removed from the right side it'd at least restore some of the old look I miss so much.

Yes edit your build.prop or use this

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nexter.miniscaler

I say backup your build.prop before you make any changes ;) if you change the DPI it will do for all such as Browser and apps . if you Dont like change the DPI back to 240 or put the build . prop you backed up into its space

The app is not compatible with my phone, i just read every line in my build.prop nothing about DPI to change?
I'm on an old LG Optimus V running Gingerbread (i know i desperately need a new phone) ;)

Another option that I've stumbled across (rather than artificially reducing text size, zoom, or DPI) is to rotate your device to landscape. At least on my N4, several of the toolbar options (including My Forums and My Posts) show up in landscape while they were omitted (for space) in portrait orientation. Personally, I think that's a great compromise - portrait for reading through a thread, landscape for navigating about.

Possible bug, this happens almost every time for me, can anyone test:

1. You get a notification/alert.
2. Click on the notification to view the post/like.
3. Go back to the last page.
4. Viewed notification is still new and alerting you.
